As recent studies and survey results have indicated; having a few extra cups of coffee each day can actually reduce the risk of advanced prostate cancers by almost 60%.
At a recent American Association of Cancer Research meeting in Houston, it was stated that although the case of high coffee intake and its activity on prostrate cancer are still yet to be proven.
Still, coffee seems to work well in reducing the risk of prostrate cancers.
Following a survey carried on for almost four years on over 50,000 men, it was concluded that men who have the highest intake of coffee shows significant lower risks of serious prostate cancer.
Caffeine beans are also known to reduce the risk of diabetes, and improve the liver health.
As per scientific explanations, coffee has positive impacts on insulin, glucose metabolism and also on sex hormone levels. All of them combine together to check the occurrence of prostate cancer.
These coffee research works were presented at the Cancer Prevention Research Conference.
