    The team of experienced and proficient researchers headed by Dr. Nita Forouhi of the Institute of Metabolic Science in UK has finally brought about some good news for us all!

    According to the research results, the total percentage of calories you receive from fat in comparison to protein or carbohydrates is just negligible in context of the weight a person is liable to gain in the coming years.

    As recent studies and survey results have indicated; having a few extra cups of coffee each day can actually reduce the risk of advanced prostate cancers by almost 60%.

    At a recent American Association of Cancer Research meeting in Houston, it was stated that although the case of high coffee intake and its activity on prostrate cancer are still yet to be proven.
